Terms of service

These Purchase Terms govern every order placed through rawmod.shop (the "Site"), operated by My Store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which walk through what happens from checkout to delivery. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.

Before You Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order, and you confirm that any payment method you use belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. Shipping and billing information must be accurate and current — orders built on incomplete or false details may be delayed or canceled without notice.

How an Order Becomes Final

Adding an item to your cart is not a purchase. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout, payment is authorized, and you receive a confirmation email from My Store. Until that confirmation is sent, we may cancel or decline any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock shortages, address problems, or unusually large quantities. If we cancel after payment was captured, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing and Errors

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Occasionally a product may be mispriced due to a technical or human error. If this happens, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the correct price or cancel the order at your choice — we are never obligated to honor an incorrect price.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment partners. Your card or account is typically charged at the time the order is placed, not at the time of shipment. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and are counted in business days; they are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you once the package is handed to the carrier, though we will still work with you to resolve carrier-caused delivery problems.

Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All text, images, logos, and product descriptions on this Site belong to My Store or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or reused without written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content at scale, or submitting fraudulent orders or payment information.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Products are sold "as is" and as described, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, My Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under California consumer protection law or other applicable U.S. law.

We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The version posted on rawmod.shop at the time of your order is the one that applies, so we encourage you to review it periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be handled accordingly.
