About

Too Many Tabs Open, Still Nothing in the Cart

You know the feeling. You need one replacement charger, one decent kitchen scale, one set of drawer organizers, and forty minutes later you have eleven browser tabs open and you still haven't bought anything. Not because nothing was good enough, but because there was too much to sort through and no way to tell which listing was actually worth your money.

My Store exists to skip that part. We don't try to carry every version of everything. For each thing people actually need around the house, we pick one or two options worth buying and leave the rest off the shelf. Less scrolling, less comparing spec sheets at midnight, more just getting the thing and moving on with your day.

What You're Not Paying For

Most of what makes a everyday item expensive has nothing to do with the item. It's the wholesaler's cut, the markup a retail store adds to cover rent and staff, sometimes a brand license fee stacked on top of all of it. None of that changes how well the product works. It just changes the number on the price tag.

We buy close to where these things are actually made and sell them ourselves, which means several of those layers simply aren't in the chain. That's the whole explanation for why prices here tend to run lower than what you'd see elsewhere for a comparable item — not a different supply, not a shortcut on quality, just fewer hands taking a cut before it reaches you.

The Part Where We Take the Risk, Not You

Picking from a short list is faster, but it still won't be right every single time. So here's what happens when it isn't:

  • You have 30 days to send something back, and we don't ask you to justify it. Didn't fit your space, wasn't what you pictured, changed your mind — all fine.
  • The return shipping label is on us. You're not paying to undo a purchase that didn't work out.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method in full — no restocking fee, no processing fee quietly taken off the top.
  • Orders that do work out ship within 1–2 business days, with tracking the whole way so you're not guessing.
  • Checkout runs through an encrypted third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number on our end.

We'd rather eat the cost of a return than have someone keep a product they're lukewarm about because sending it back felt like a hassle. That's a more honest way to run a store than any promise printed on the packaging.

Reaching an Actual Person

We keep support to one channel on purpose: email, at service@rawmod.shop. No phone tree, no chat bot reading from a script. Tell us what's going on — wrong size, order hasn't moved, question before you buy — and a person on our end will answer. If it's a return or a mix-up on our part, that's usually the fastest way to get it sorted.

Before You Check Out

The short version of how orders, returns, and your information are handled lives in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — worth a quick look if you like knowing exactly what you're agreeing to before you hit buy.
